Instead of judging ourselves as good or bad at something, let’s approach the relationship we have with moving our body as an extension of how we think. Can we remain curious? Can we laugh at ourselves with a little wobble? Can we embrace an invitation to observe how something feels? Can we accept a challenge to move against resistance?
